First class response, after a power cut my alarm keypad locked. I phoned the company to book an engineer, but the engineer suggested I attempted a fix myself first and of course it worked. Many thanks great response.

Aside from the massive range of products, total project approach and the ability to source all manner of equipment AAC deliver old fashioned customer service. Nothing too much hassle, always answer the phone and staff are superb.

I had a very unpleasant encounter with a young man outside the main entrance to ARI AT 12.15 10/08. I was challenged on entry as to whether I knew where we were going. “Yes” I replied. “Where” he aggressively demanded. “The cafe” I replied. “Why” he demanded. A question which puzzled me. Then he demanded if we had an appointment. We had just come from one. Appalling treatment especially since my wife had just come from an awkward appointment.

Have had numerous faults since system was installed, Phoned up to check what I thought was another problem, they sent out someone for 10min max, not requested by me, there was no talk of a charge and this could have been sorted over the phone without anyone coming out and now I have just received a bill for £96, Advise to stay well clear unless you have money to waste. Was going to get more security installed but will now use someone else.
