O Ross1 StarGot a callback from ADT today, the guy i spoke to didn't know what ADT alarm I had and didn't know how old it was, didnt have it on his system, but was able to tell me multiple times I needed to replace the whole alarm system as they didn't have parts for it and they would not support it (their own ADT alarm). All this without a single piece of information about my ADT alarm. AMAZING. I was then put on hold for the second time and ended up having to hang up no better off than before they called me.
