Recently purchased BMW Z4 e86 that had just had some some transmission work done by the dealer prior to purchase that then developed a noise after 400 miles away upon getting home, alan and team were able to get me in quickly and correctly identify an error by the previous garage (never an easy thing to find someone else’s mistake). Alan was very honest and explained well the issues he was having identifying the problem and how they found and resolved the issue, providing photos and videos to document for myself and the dealer. Would happily recommend and will be using in the future going forward. Also he managed to get my car back to me December 23rd staying later allowing me to collect - best Christmas ever!
