Richard Scott2 StarHad to return something for a family member which was unused. As had needed to open it I was told I could not return as it had been opened.
The attitude of the staff member though was the real factor. I had to point out to them part of the Iron they said was broken was actually a simple cover for the plug. Seemed more concerned about how it would affect them than the customer. Poor service.Tuesday 9th January 2024

Scott Walmsley2 StarBought an item that was not what I required. I kept all the packaging, and returned within the time period, as per consumer rights and there terms and conditions.
On returning my item, it didn’t not have the plastic wrapping (like the one below) and they were stating it was not re sellable.
Also because the Argos sticker was missing.
Not quite sure how you get into a product without removing the plastic.
After the cashier continuing to ask me what was wrong with it and state it’s not sell able, some boy, assume manager used some sense and did the right thing, exchanging my product for what I wanted.
He’s the only reason I’ve given two stars and not one.Tuesday 30th August 2022

I recently bought three bikes for £1,500, the bikes were packed in boxes when I started assembling the bikes at home, it turned out that they were incomplete!
after contacting Argos, it turned out that they were not responsible for it because they did not pack them in the store
and now it turns out that I have to buy the missing parts at my own expense!!!
