Unprofessional / Time Wasting - Contacted BarTech for a quote for new sliding gate. They came and completed survey within 1 week and advised they would provide quote. I heard nothing back, so followed up by phone and emailed multiple times over multiples weeks and Ewen to call me back, but they don’t respond. I’ll take the hint they are not interested in the work, but giving their size, you would expect some professional courtesy to advise they are not interested as job as to small or discuss any issues to see if they can be resolved to provide a quote.
