Excellent company. Replied to my initial query the same day and arranged a visit to carry out the work on the next working day, even though it was a bank holiday. Messaged to warn of arrival, carried out work perfectly and quickly. Very professional electrician. Cost of work was exactly what was discussed and VERY competitive. Will most definitely be using this company in the future.

Managed to get K F Watson electrical round very quickly to provide a quote, arrived on time and was very efficient. Work was scheduled in very quickly and job was done to a high standard. Very happy with the price and quick turn around, will use again.

We’ve recently had our kitchen lights upgraded to LED and had three lights added above our new kitchen island. The cost, speed and accuracy of the work carried out was second to none. I would thoroughly recommend K F Watson Electrical.

They refused to agree to a specific time to attend my property to conduct an EICR meaning I could neither make it available for a short term stay or be present during their visit. I suspect this was intentional so that they could not be monitored while working. When they attended they fitted a CO detector next to an existing unit. When the bill arrived and was questioned they claimed they did not see the existing unit, but offered to temove the charge from the bill. Also during the visit all socket outlets were switched off including the internet router meaning I could not control the central heating, as well as the fridge/freezer causing it to defrost and leak water. Their service is "second to none" according the the lady that answers when you call their numbet, but I'm still waiting for an apology for these problems. All I received so far was a refusal from them to remove the unwanted CO detector in an angry phone call from Keith. Not recommended.

Excellent service from advice to fitting done quickly and expertly. Would thoroughly recommend. My 30 year old cooker hood was not an easy job to replace and it was done with great care and all debris cleared away. Five star service.
