AVOID! A very, very dishonest man and extremely unprofessional. I hired Mike to make safe a lighting cable in a wall I was taking down in the flat I had just bought. He told me any changes to the wiring would need to be added to the fuseboard and he would need to upgrade that too. I was told I would get paperwork to go along with it but that he would need to install the light fittings from the light he moved to do this. I have now discovered that this was all lies. He conned me to get money. What he did was illegal by not providing me with the relevant EIC but charging me for it. I tried to get him back in to finish the job and it wasn't until I threatened to take it further did he respond to me. I also gave him a chance to put things right by asking for my money back but he refused. I should have done my due diligence and checked if he was registered which he isn't so I am posting this review to warn other people not to use him. I have also since had someone else get in touch to say he did the exact same thing to them. He has no integrity or morals, he's not a nice guy to deal with and I would not trust him. Take your money and get a reliable electrician who actually cares. This guy doesn't.
