Had plumber heat remodel my entire bathroom and couldn’t be happier. All the staff I dealt with were very pleasant guys. Edrian the plumber who did most the work is truly a master off all trades and carried out all plumbing, joinery and tiling to a very high standard. They understood that I had a budget and I was very happy with the price I paid and thought it was extremely reasonable! The best experience I’ve had with workmen in Aberdeen so far. Will definitely use them again as I remodel more areas in my home.

I was on a path of bad luck last week and a family friend had flooded my kitchen trying to resolve my baths slow drainage. I called numerous companies first thing on Saturday morning with no luck until I came across plumberheat. They got me booked in the same day but they contacted due to another job running over, which can be expected in this trade of work. They were very apologetic and said they would be out the following morning at any time that suited me. I agreed 9am and the plumber was very prompt and arrived 8.50am. He was straight to work and got the replacement part. Very happy with service and the invoice was very reasonable compare to what other companies charge. It was great to get a followup call shortly after the plumber left to check the work was carried out and that I was satisfied with the service. They seem to really care about there customers and helping resolve jobs within 24hrs if not the same day. I will definitely use them again for future projects/emergencies.

These guys are the best! They come when they say they will. I had been unfortunate enough to suffer from 2 plumbing emergencies in the last month. They attend as soon as they can, complete the work that needs done. Being a single female on my own its good to know there is honest and reliable tradesmen I can count on!!!! We had a plumbing issue over the weekend and I phoned several plumbing companies first thing Monday morning for an emergency solution. Plumberheat were not only one of the few companies to answer their phone but the only one who was willing to try to provide a solution that same day. Chetan was excellent and kept me informed as to when the service providers were due to arrive that afternoon and what work they would be carrying out. The work was carried out efficiently and the problem was quickly solved. Despite being an emergency, the invoice was extremely reasonable. I would not hesitate to call them again and would definitely recommend them.

I've used Plumber Heat at least 3 times over the space of 2 1/2 years. They're always quick to get back to me and the problem is always fixed within 24 hours if not on the same day. The staff are friendly, always quick to arrive at my property arriving in under 2 hours from when I initially call them and the customer service is excellent. Plumber Heat are inexpensive compared to other companies. I've attached the picture of my shower after they finished their most recent work where they replaced all the tiles with new boards since the grout in my shower was letting water through. This is the best my showers looked since I bought the flat.
